		<description>Interesting Richard. Are you finding that the infrastructure of the medical world is changing so that it&#039;s easier or harder to run a small medical practice? It&#039;s certainly getting easier in tech, you don&#039;t need to build or own the expensive parts of the infrastructure and you can outsource lots of the non-tech parts of the business (even finding revenue). I could definitely imagine some medical parallels.
